CERF strives to foster an inclusive and welcoming community with a particular focus on the professional development of students and recent graduates. The CERF 2017 conference includes diverse programming aimed at addressing the unique needs of students and recent graduates.  Mentorship Program Student Travel Awards Volunteer Opportunities

Students, international, first-time attendees, and experienced members are encouraged to join as either a mentor or mentee!

CERF Student or Early Career members in need of financial assistance to attend the 2017 conference may request for travel support.

Undergraduate and graduate student members may apply to work at CERF 2017 as a student volunteer in exchange for reimbursement for conference registration fees.

CERF’s Rising TIDES initiative promotes opportunities for all underrepresented minorities while cultivating a culture that actively engages and leverages diversity of all types.

The Rising TIDES Conference Mentoring Program will jointly support underrepresented minority (URM) students and mentors to participate in CERF 2017 - 24th Biennial Conference.
